		<description>Great article, Alex!  As a person living with HIV, I cannot tell you how many people (gay &amp; straight) choose to act like ostriches with their heads in the sand over this disease.  I know too many people who have unprotected sex and do not think one bit about it.

Reading the comments made me realize that ignorance knows no geographic boundaries,  We Americans would make the same comments.  Hopefully your piece will wake some people up.

Great to have you back and I look forward to reading this website again!
